Jumbo the Giant
My theory on giants is that they would serve a wonderful purpose to the human race in a psychological manner. We see ourselves as the most evolved race on the face of the earth but what if there were giants!? huge intellectual giants that far surpass our understanding of life and science. We would feel small, insignificant, and second rate to theses creatures. That is not the point though. have you ever seen something so amazing that it just made you feel small and bug next to this amazing thing in front of you? It is almost an empowering feeling of knowing that there are great things out there that surpass our understanding. It lets us know that it is okay to be small because even the smallest things change everything.
