there’s no comparison to a trimming a beard with shears and careful snips. rather than just running over your beard with a trimmer.

*Editor’s Note: use proper shears for best results, always trim dry. trimming a wet beard will leave you with less length as the weight of the water stretches the hair, drying to become even shorter.
Everyone does their trimming differently, I prefere to trim without fluffing and with no tension whilst cutting. It also nice to have 2 mirrors so you can see from your perspective and that of others with the second.
